Provider accountability starts with data. This ranking is built entirely from community-submitted outage reports that included a provider name. A higher report count may indicate reliability issues or simply a larger customer base — use this alongside the average restoration time to judge performance. If your provider appears frequently, you may be entitled to compensation for appliance damage under RAE Decision 1151A/2019. See our compensation guide for details.
