By using Outage.gr, you agree to the following terms. Outage.gr is a free, crowdsourced utility outage tracking platform. Use of the service is at your own discretion.

The Service

Outage.gr provides a platform for anonymous reporting and viewing of utility outages (power, water, internet) in Greece. Reports are submitted by members of the public and are not independently verified by Outage.gr. We integrate scheduled maintenance data from DEDDIE where available.

Data Accuracy

Outage.gr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the platform. Crowdsourced reports reflect user submissions and may contain errors. Scheduled maintenance data is sourced from DEDDIE and may not reflect last-minute changes. Always contact your utility provider directly for official information.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Outage.gr responsibly and not to:

  • Submit false or misleading outage reports
  • Attempt to manipulate verification scores
  • Use automated tools to submit bulk reports
  • Interfere with the operation of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

Limitation of Liability

Outage.gr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: decisions made based on outage data, inability to access the service, or inaccurate information displayed.

Compensation Claims

The "Evidence" and "Certificate" features are informational tools only. Outage.gr certificates are not official documents and may not be accepted by utility providers or regulatory bodies. For official compensation claims, contact DEDDIE directly or consult legal counsel.

Intellectual Property

The Outage.gr platform, design, and code are proprietary. User-submitted outage reports and comments are contributed to the public dataset and may be displayed, aggregated, or analyzed by Outage.gr.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or device fingerprint that violates these terms, without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Outage.gr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
